We open our factory to look the manufacturing site and discover the sprits of our craftsmanship. We hope you will feel the aura of their craftsmanship when visiting our Open Factory.
About Open Factory
- Place of tour: making chopsticks
- Acceptable number of person: from a few to 20 persons
- 9:00-17:30 Monday～Friday / 10:00-17:30 Saturday・Sunday [ work break 12:00-13:00 ］
- Time required: about 15 minutes
- Admission: free
- Customer car park: 75 spaces, Bus parking available
- Photographing: possible *video shooting is negotiable.
*Please understand contents of work vary from day to day.
*There may be not working on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
*There are cases in which the schedule is changed or canceled without advanced notice.

Please be sure to read if you’d like to visit our Open Factory.
- Do not enter the designated area without permission.
- Please do not using flashes even if photographing is free in the factory. * Please read notices about photographing.
- Please understand there may be not working when you will visit.
- Please take care not to alcohol, eat and drink, and smoking. We do not accept to enter the person has intoxicated to enter under any circumstances.
- We may not bear any responsibility about accidents and hurts in our property and factory.
- Please do not take your pets to visit.
We are not supposed to admit visiting factory falling all of the avobe.

1. Customer in a personal
- Please look around freely the making of chopsticks at our Open Factory.
- No reservation is needed. Please visit us whenever it is convenience for you.
2. Customers of a group
- Reservation is requested beforehand in order to visit over 10 persons of a group.
- It is possible to visit a few groups over 20 persons. We would like to arrange you may avoid crowds and visit here smoothly.
- Please contact us by application form below and inform your desired date and time 7 days before you will visit. We will reply it sooner.
*We couldn't guide you if you will not come until the appointment time. Please be understanding of this.
*Please contact us 3 days befor if you would like to cancel your reservation by unavoidable circumstances.
3. Corporate customers
- Reservation is requested beforehand in order to visit over 10 persons of a group.
- It is possible to visit a few groups over 20 persons. We would like to arrange you may avoid crowds and visit here smoothly.
- Please contact us by application form below and inform your desired date and time 14 days before you will visit. We will reply it sooner.
*We’ll decline to accept the tour sponsored by travel agency.
*Please be necessary to check about facilities.
